Three Decades of Manufacturing Excellence

Building Australia's windows with precision, integrity, and unwavering attention to detail

Founded on Engineering Principles

We established our manufacturing operations in 1994 when imported window systems consistently failed to meet the demands of Australian coastal environments. Salt corrosion, UV degradation, and thermal cycling destroyed conventional products within years.

Our response was to develop proprietary extrusion profiles with thicker wall sections and marine-grade powder coating formulations. We invested in European CNC machinery capable of maintaining tolerances that eliminate the air and water infiltration common in mass-produced alternatives.

Today, our facility processes over 50,000 square metres of glazing annually, supplying builders, architects, and renovators who refuse to compromise on longevity.

What Defines Our Approach

Material Selection

We source aluminium billets from Australian smelters certified to ISO 9001. Glass comes exclusively from manufacturers meeting AS/NZS 4666 standards for composition and annealing consistency.

Process Control

Statistical process control monitors every stage from extrusion through to final assembly. Our rejection rate for dimensional variance sits below 0.3%, industry average is 4.7%.

Testing Regime

Every window design undergoes 500-cycle structural testing, salt spray exposure for 1,000 hours, and simulated wind load to 150% of rated capacity before production approval.

Continuous Improvement

Quarterly audits of field performance data inform incremental refinements to seal design, drainage paths, and hardware specification.

Experience Across Generations

Our workforce includes qualified tradespeople with an average tenure of 11 years. Apprentice glaziers train alongside master craftsmen, ensuring knowledge transfer of specialized techniques that automated systems cannot replicate.

Engineering decisions are made by licenced professionals who understand building physics, not marketing departments optimizing for lowest cost. This structural independence allows us to recommend solutions based on performance requirements rather than margin targets.

Accreditations and Compliance

Our quality management system holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. Products carry CodeMark certification for compliance with the National Construction Code. Testing conducted by NATA-accredited laboratories provides independent verification of thermal, acoustic, and structural performance claims.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance of $20 million and product liability coverage of $50 million through industry-specialist underwriters.
